How to report player for forbiden programs

Some1 to help me , in game i see most players with forbidden programs.. its very foolish ... they can mark you from long distance without see you ..

 

Report to support, they will check it out.

 

Give them as much information as possible. Also be advised that some players use multiple screens and therefore large resolutions to play and can see a lot, when playing, allowing them to select you before you even know they are in the map.

 

Nah... Support is useless, give them like 20 bot user names and replied we have a stupid script to detect such program or you if you know you can tell us what program they are using.

 

You can't select someone unless you can see them on the minimap. I have a UltraHD resolution and I can see ships appear about 2 inches into the screen from the left and right side, as they appear on minimap. You can't click on what you can't see and if it's not on minimap, you can't see it.

 

my case its as follows...I saw the minimap enemy and as I walked into the radiation, but he followed me .. I got hit over 150K before seeing his ship..thats all.. i think that he have something to mark enemies automaticaly...
for the first time I meet similar...

 

I agree with that to a point. The mini map shows what is within your range of search, which is normally what is beyond what you have on your screen. But if you have a browser spanning multiple screens, you could effectively see more than what the mini map has to offer. Personally I have not done this as I have not finished my gaming work station, but I did see post and pictures from the old forums that support this.

Also, I am not dismissing the OP claims about forbidden programs. It reminds me of when players would accuse people of cheating when in turn they may have had several ships. It can be confusing, but if they are cheating, I agree, we need a good way to out them.

 

As I said, at the resolution I play I can see further to the left and right than the minimap. There is nothing there. In other words when a red dot appears on the minimap to the left I see it suddenly appear about 2 inches from the left edge of my screen. The only exception is if I then lock that ship I can see him fly out past the "minimap range" as he is now a locked target.

Edit - Sorry the other exception is in the galaxy gate as minimap range is extended to cover the whole map.
