    When posting in the forums requesting assistance, you need to provide the following information.
    Ship Name
    User ID
    server

    I would also recommend that you contact support and have them investigate the matter further.

    This means that the account is currently on a "Ban" site.

    You have to contact the support. They will reply to you and hopefully you will know the exact reason. :)
