I cannot log in on my main account since the t&c update

  1. Hi

    I am not able to log into my main account since the t&c update.

    I have tried every browser i can think of, even a different PC, cleared cache etc and nothing works.

    I had this issue when the t&c changed last time and after about one month of emails to support they managed to do something and it worked but now I am back where I was getting a blank page with some address at the top beginning with Bigpoint.policy.netauthuser?

    I have sent about 10 emails to support on this issue and all I am getting as a reply now is that support can log in to my account?

    We seem to have hit a dead end and I want something done about this as the account has cost me 1,000s of pounds and I will not stand for the response I am getting by email.

  2. Hi,

    I know you say you have tried everything already but have you reset your router?

    Try this, try clearing browser cache etc and maybe see if you can log in on a different connection as it could be this causing the issue.

    I can confirm that the issue is not a server one as the account has been logged into again. This would suggest a local issue, possibly most likely a blocked url or a firwall kicking in for certain file types. This can happen on shared, semi-public networks such as colleges and some office networks etc.
