    Hey, Sorry to inform you kinda, but today has had a lot of Server Technical Issues, hardly anyone can even start the game and play, this may lead to other problems such as the one you are experiencing. (I may be wrong) I know surely the Darkorbit Staff is working on this.

    It was probably due to the server issues, but i suggest you contact support for a definitive answer as we are very limited with regards to payment issues in forums
