I cant refund the eVoucher (Nades Gate)

    I cant refund it simply... And every one can refund, i would like some advice please.

    What do you mean you want a refund? You can not receive a refund, you can only redeem the voucher.

    Huh ok?

    Did you check to see if it did redeem via the GG page? Cause it does say it was not redeemed but it is redeemed on the GG page.

    Galaxy gate page... I'm guessing that you are a new player. A voucher code can only be redeemed through the official news letter that you have to subscribe to.

    If you did not get the code, then you can not redeem it.

    If you DID get the code, then you can redeem through the Uridium page

    You see i play dark orbit since
    MEMBER SINCE:Nov 9, 2010. I cant refund that code.
    I have the code just cant refund it.

    Member since 2010 and didn't know what the GG page was righttt.

    Refund:
    To give back, especially money; return or repay:
    1. A repayment of funds.
    2. An amount repaid.

    Since you did not buy the hades gate voucher you can not refund it for anything.

    You should contact support. They would be the only ones able to help you with anything that involves the word refund.

    But like Geo said, since you didn't buy anything, they can't refund you anything.

    Do you mean refund the eVoucher or do you mean redeem.

    If you mean redeem the eVoucher:-

    1.To redeem the voucher, on the back page click on the Uridium tab, then click the Vouchers tab, 4th tab down on the left of the Uridium page.

    IF you have entered the code and it is not accepted:-
    1. The voucher has already been used on another account
    2. The account has already use a voucher.

    If the issue is none of the above then give us more information to better help you or contact support.

    Thankyou to all for your answers.

    Just so that I understand properly, what is the problem you are having with the eVoucher code? Is it:

    a) You do not know how to enter the code to receive the Hades Gate.

    or

    b) You entered the code, but it did not work.
