I forgot my user name option is not working !!!HELP

Hi,

I didnt play dark orbit since 2012-2013 and i wish to play again. The problem is that i forgot my password as username. So i Clicked on "forgot my password" and then on "forgot my username".
So i put my email in and then this appears "Check your e-mail inbox" . I still haven't recive any thing!
My acc is lvl 17 or 18, and before I stopped playing the game i put money in the game to buy the ship aegis. now i really want it back. but big point is not sending any eamils to me. so i tried another mail with another a small Do acc in. the same... that email dont recive any emails from bigpoint or dark orbit...whyyy?

Darkorbit 2012-2013 may not remember your password nor username in 2014.
Maybe you used a diffrent email?
Have you checked your spam?
Maybe your account expired?

 

Maybe your account is deleted due to long inactivity....

 

I have the same problem when emailing support I don't get no reply and that's cos I had 2 white list all there email addys to get the email

login to your email and depending on what email provider you use look for you're safe senders and add 6 i posted to you're list you may not be getting the emails because they are blocked some how this will unblock them hope it helps

 

I dont think its because of that...
any way , the acc im writing right now is from the same email.... shouldn't i get an email with this acc?

 

Darkorbit can delete acc which is inactive for a long time so you should think of this as one of the problem

 

Your account may have expired.
I think thats the reason.

You can contact Support regarding this as there is nothing we can do here in Forums on Account issues. When contacting Support, please provide as much information regarding the account as possible, any transaction IDs, usernames, UserIDs will be helpful in determining the accounts existence or lack thereof.
