I have 2 issues...

  1. First one is I cannot access my hangar. I get an error and refresh prompt, click it and get the same thing.

    The second issue, since the ammo cap was removed the system has not credited the extra energy, log disks and booty keys I should have gotten in exchange for my armory expander(s).

    I play on East 3

    I am having the same problem with the Hanger, I sent a ticket into support, they said they were aware of it and are working on it.

    i would like to report my hanger / equipment section wont load it always says "AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED.CLICK RESTART TO RELOAD THE EQUIPMENT AREA." i already done it many times still same message appear. my drones need to repair and need to change pet protocols. aim worrying if this problem continues all my DRONES may be DESTROY if not repair immediately. please do some action in my problem. aim hoping for quick responds.

    Am sorry for the trouble with the Equipment page not loading. This is a known issue and is being looked into at this time. Also would like to announce that there will be no drone damage during this time of Equipment page issues.

  5. Issue 1 is fixed, issue 2 is still there. Others got stuff, I got nothing. Will I get what is owed to me?

    Hello,

    Have you checked your logbook to see whether you have received this compensation?
    e.g. 06.11.2014 - 19:58 Bonus gebucht: Compensation for armory upgrades

    The logbook will not however specifically state the amount of compensation you would have received, but this message will confirm that compensation was given.

  7. Er, I seem to remember now that I sold those things a long time ago as I was so much above capacity that they were useless. You can close.
