    It all depends on the server you play in, here are all the options to choose from including credit card, if you don't have any of these near where you live then that sucks for you, amazon and paypal cannot be done if you don't have a credit card linking to your account.

    If you can pay with any one of these i would suggest buying on a special event, (IE: Helix Hack) or at least on mega happy hour which occurs once every Sunday night and very rarely on other days. Any further payment questions can be sent with a ticket to support.

    I'm not too sure about how Thailand bank works, but don't you have a card for your bank account, that you can use on a ATM? If you do use that card.
