i seem to have bugged my inventory with lazer cannons somehow

ok so i log ino after not playing for a month and redowloading google chrome and deleting my browsing histy just basicly cleaning out my computer i look in my hanger and find that theres about 2 whole pages worth of LF-4 lv.16 upgrades lazer cannons, and there equipable also it shows im doing just average dmg like i was before i equiped the cannons and i equiped my goliath annd my drones also my P.E.T with the cnnons just saying but is it normal to fin d this many cannons in my hanger?

also i seem to just be doing small amounts or normal dmg before i changed i mean shouldent a goliath with full LF-4 lv.16 lazer cannons do insane amounts of dmg?
i only do 11k with my UCB ammo

it also seems i cant sell them and im pretty sure you can sell everything in this game apart from certain items

 

Did you do the Hitac Event? B ecause if you did, you might have won lf-4s

As APOLLO[SKE★] correctly stated, it is possibly that you have won these upgraded LF4 laser cannons as part of a Hitac Event (if you did indeed compete in one).

LF4 laser cannons, along with some other elite items are no longer possible to sell. This has only been added recently therefore when you played last you would've been able sell them, but that is no longer the case.

Please make sure that you are equipping the laser cannons successfully and are using the correct configuration. If you still feel that the damage you are doing is not correct, then please post a thread in the "tech issues" section where we can focus on that issue alone.

not really i did contact through email and said stuff about the HITAC event but is it normal to win 30 LF-4's?
also i did the maths the dmg is pretty much correct and i could equip them i just had to delete the configs

also about the HITAC event i bought a small amount of capsuels not many only about 16 all together but i only got some lazer ammo and basic stuff, no lazer cannons

 

Hi there,

When you use a capsule on the converter you will receive an instant reward with ammo, rockets, mines, booty keys etc. However upon converting a capsule you are also placing an entry into the Hitac lottery. The lottery draw is done at the end of the Hitac event where players are in with the chance to win bigger rewards such as uridium and laser ammunition, but also upgraded shield generators and upgraded laser cannons.

From what you have provided, it appears that you did win in the lottery draw done at the end of the event, winning one of the prizes of upgraded LF4 laser cannons.

If you want concrete confirmation of this, then you would need to go to support for verification, but it looks to me that you were one of the lucky winners!
