I was banned, asking to be un banned

    Hi, i was banned because i was inappropriate on the chat... I apologize, is it possible to be un banned again?

    I cant get my user ID because when i try to log in the whole page just refreshes and nothing happens... on the search bar a "externalHome&loginError=13" shows up...
