Icy Event quest and no Icy Meteoroids...

How is it possible to do Icy (Event) quests if they aren't on when the player is able to play???

Are we supposed to Clock-in, as we do at work, in order to play as an equal?

Icy quest, then we need Icy to suit all the players that play and spend..

I don't think I need to elaborate any more ...

 

You took the words right out of my mouth. I have 6 accounts I play on and can't do the missions on any of them now due to work. How is this supposed to work. I can't play this while there. 3 hour time frame? Not everyone can play on that schedule. What are the rest of us supposed to do in order to get an even shot at this event?

Its bad enough there is the lag, but I know that is due to the additional players due to the event, then there is the event itself placed on top of the normal events, SB and Beacon anyone, and there is a major one ramping up on the 11th. I am sure that will be a major hit to the lag load.

But that is normal for this game. Now there is a timing issue as well? If we have to kill icy's, we need them all day. As much as I love this game, I have work to do.

icys were out from midnight to server restart and then they dissapeared , they will also be out since 7 pm to 10 pm

maybe its just test who can do it and who not ? but idk why would they put there icy quest when icys are not out

 

The Icy's are at certain times each day.
Relax. Today's will be at 7 PM server time.
If it's a different time at your place, say 2 AM when this goes on, don't blame BP, you were the one who chose the server.

 

TY KilerStreak but I wasnt only inclusive of myself.. I feel for members that only use this server!!

and it appears that Im not the only one with this concern...or with a version of this question!

 

SauronL suggests getting up early or staying up late, and there is always that option to those that have no real-life responsibilities, though I note that SauronL may also find it odd for the Icys to be limited in time when there is a quest on!

that is a possibility of course... but I wont hold that against you I always believe that DO should be all-inclusive
we are a community or we are nothing! ... as things stand at least...! (maybe another thread here )

that is obvious... What some players of this server want to know is... if it is possible to catch up (within reason of course)
I cannot camp this server for it's bounty... RL has its necessities.. many who cannot work the Student or Work computer, and play, will be at a loss here !!

today,6th Dec 2014... Icy quest as event quest... nothing posted in upcoming events for Icys being out and I am on before reset today, before anyone, KilerStreak for instance, makes a comment

Yes DO really did NOT think of the entire community on this event, clearly they only want the people that play at prime time to have all the rewards, i predict a higher number of players telling DO to go fly a kite and leave the game if they cannot relize that players have real life and other things that happen and can not all be on at that time, DO is losing players more and more and it is a shame that the people in charge only want to let those select players play the game!!!
