I'm having some bug issues in my account....

First off LOSS In RANK... it still appears my account under home profile still says basic space pilot, though my ranking points are well above that at 43,366 as I am viewing it right now showing I have 43,366 ranking points achieved, I had two big stripes like the marines have on there, Marine uniforms (in the game) it is a certain rank my sheet shows I need 8,456 points to recieve rank of space pilot, though I have 43,366 points please fix this bug' in my account... (rank was lost after fining my daily quest this morning gather 5000 Prometium)

Second error or problem when I start the quest Power Vacuum I start off by going to map 3-2 to gather 10 bonus box's and upon gathering them the quest does not appear to be gathering the intel to finish the quest... (please don't give me the run around like you normally do) I am doing everything correctly.....

Also I log in as One name Starts with [[Blank][Blank]] You know what this name is but It appears in game on the space maps as something else something I previously used, as well as it shows the same on all of my bids, can you please fix this bug error as the name I use when I log into the game for my space adventure and bids as well as to where my clan can also see my real game login name as
[[Blank][Blank]]

If you can fix these Issues that would be great.....

Thank you for posting in this section, i will try to help and assist you with resolving your issues.

1. A user can often 'lose' their rank in certain scenarios, this is often after a game restart or if the player returns from a period of inactivity. Therefore can i ask when your rank appeared to be Basic Space Pilot, was it after a game restart or near the morning restart because the ranks can sometimes take time to readjust back to normal. I was able to locate your pilot profile page and your rank appears to have been restored to Basic Lieutenant, therefore i hope that the system was able to sort this one out itself.

2. Can i ask if this quest has to be done in order? If the quest states to complete the tasks in order, then it is possible that you have not completed the first stages of the quest that would open up the box collection part.

3. Have you tried changing your pilot name under the Pilot Page? The 'pilot name' is effectively the name that all users should see when you are in-game, in the clan, or when you are making bids. Your 'pilot name', is your in-game name. You can change your 'pilot name' by going to Pilot Sheet > Edit Profile.

Due to Security reasons, support has made it that you cannot alter your 'login name', the name that you log in to Dark Orbit with will always remain the same, however you should be able to change your 'pilot name' as specified above.

ok im back to my rank and it was after morning restart but I still have an ISSUE with the QUEST (Power Vaccum) and yes im doing it in order Please fix it this is the 3-4 day I havent been able to start it because it isnt accrediting these kills or picking up the Box's to start or finish the game the only problem I am having is it wont accredit the stuff to the quest please fix it so I can get the reward of the Shield 2 <----LvL

 

1. Same rank problem here, I'm same rank as you. One day: Basic space pilot, next day: Basic Lieutenant. Probably a glitch (I'm server East 3)
2. Same quest problem, only with destroying... try to quit mission then accept it again and see if it works.

Actually wait I have tryed that several times and it is also a timed quest and it is still not working It needs to be fixed by an admin in my account cause it isnt working'

QUEST (Power Vaccum) still not working bonus box's aren't collecting on this quest and or completing anything it says to do' because it says complete in order im really tired of writing forumn's and nothing being done'

 

on your quest before you start collecting boxes did you upgrade shields with durraniam the green rocks and lasers with promitied the pink rocks which is the first part of that quest.

i figured it out I had to transfer my resources as shield upgrades and resources as laser upgrades then collect the bonus box's luckily yesterday I read further and found that out collect bonus box's were step 3....
