im stucked on epsilon gg!!

everything is frozen but my ship,, i dont see the aliens ships!! help me, i lost one live for the same thing and i dont want to lose another live, what can i do?

Most likely, if your frozen in gate like this, you might be dead now. Refresh your game and see if you are still alive as your game probably lost connection to the server without it telling you.

If you cannot load your game, clear your cache.

 

im still ilve,, im watching getting hit in slow confi, and on fast confi i gain my hit point back. im still running around, i dont want to lose a 2nd live beacuse of the system/server problem, i spent like 150k uri to built this epsilon gg

 

Are you on a fast NPC wave?

Try luring the wave to a corner then go to the opposite corner really fast and then try to refresh. This is what I did when I used to do gates and I lag out.

 

now im starting to see red dots for

 

i did that last time and got killed -_-,, and yes is a fast wave

Well most I can say is get lucky or get tactical. Are you able to lock anything at all or is everything literally frozen? Because it seems like you are having Flash lag where your browser says you are in one spot of the map but the server says you are somewhere else.

 

everything is messed up and yes thats exactly what is happening,,red dots get frozen but they keep moving and i cant see them,, if i loose my lifes or even my epsilon would a be able to get it back?

Unfortunately there is not much we can do here for you in the forums regarding galaxy gate issues, however VintageAion did offer some good advise on how to deal with the issues when you are in-game.

If you are experiencing lag within a gate, may i suggest that you try turning down the graphics settings (if possible) since galaxy gates can often overload with graphics from the NPC's which can sometimes cause lag for some users.

In these cases we advise that you continue with your gate as normal, however if you were to lose it then you can contact support asking for the gate to be reset for you.
