can a class action law suit be established due to BP being in violation of their T&C?

any attorneys in the house that knows the answer?

i to have spent too much time and $$$$ into this game and quit due to the hacks ,bots, cheats.

would love to recoup some or all the $$$$ put into the game.

 

1 maybe, ask a lawyer outside of the game.

2 you know this thread will not last long, but I am amazed it has lasted this long. lol

 

At the very least I would certainly think that applying an altered definition of their pushing rule to punish players that are playing the game in a legitimate way, and is different to the definition of the pushing rule as outlined in the T&C's, would be a violation of the code of practise they should adhere to.

 

1 major problem with a Class action suit, the buggers are in Germany, so you have to deal with their laws...

 

would like to know what part of there T&C you are on about

and its not bigpoint to blame its the players and as you should know with anything and any game out there ones bug/cheats have been fixed/banned theer is always another program just round the corner for them to use you only see so many cheats on this game for the simple reason its so small so they stand out and as its a browser game they can just start again with no problem where some games you have to subscribe so harder to start again ....
