Inbox not working

    My inbox is not working. Is this a global GB2 issue? The octagon just keeps displaying. Can't click in anything else in the window either.
     
  2. Is there anything showing in the chat box? Does it say establishing new connection authorization failed or nothing? You may also have a java issue. Make sure that you have the most current up to date java. You can also try uninstalling java and reinstalling after.

    The only thing showing is the octagon timer. I'll see whether my Java is up to date.

    Just uninstalled and re-installed Java. Still same problem :((

    I'm facing the same problem on the GE5 server for the last two days. My Chrome browser is updated to the latest version. Messages from inbox couldn't be deleted. Can you please take a look and try to fix the problem.

    Thank you Gravitron. I just logged on and went to my Inbox and somehow the issue seems to be solved. I don't know how. Appreciate your help in this. This thread may now be closed.
