    Greetings, Spacepilots!

    The verification of the email used on your DarkOrbit account is crucial for your account’s security and to be able to subscribe to our newsletters which often contain goodies.

    We started to contact all players who may not yet have verified their email to remind them about it in sake of account security and safety. Please be ensured that the email from “darkorbit[at]emailconfirmation.bigpoint.net” with the subject line “Validation mailing” is secure. It will look like this:

    We kindly ask you to verify your email for your own benefit.

    It may be the case that some players will get this email even though they have already verified their email. This may happen if
    - they have multiple accounts registered with the same email address but not all being verified.
    - they change between different accounts regularly while at least one of those has not been verified.
    - in rare cases our system provides false data.

    Please be ensured that we try our best that those cases do not happen to not spam the players.
