    Hi i upgraded my seprom refinary a couple of days ago and now it has about 21hours left till it finishes. Now i am wondering, if i instant build it will the price in uridium be lower than the initial price or the same. I would like a MOD to answer. Thanks in advance!

    I know Im not a mod but you can ask around and get the same answer. No matter the time elapsed. the instant build price will always remain the same.

    The instant cost goes down, if u click where it says instant it will give u the new price.

    Are you sure about this? I mean its been a while since Ive upgraded refineries but when I did, the price never dropped. and it still doesnt for sending rocks to ship
