Interface issue (green bar never stops/loads)

This is a large issue that disables the ability for me to play the game and it has been happening for a couple of weeks now. basically the green bar that goes across basically never loads up titled Map revolution it just keeps going across its quiet difficult to explain but yeah, i have restarted my computer etc and it still never gets onto the game. i also have the latest adobe flash player but it still doesn't seem to get me on the game, Please someone help i would appreciate it a lot

Do you also have good internet connection? Also try switch off firewall, Skype, etc. If you have old PC, it might be caused by this.

yeap i have really good internet and on a mac but ill try it and sorry for the photo

 

yeah I've turned off Skype etc makes no difference lol

 

Oh yeah, did you also tryied another browser? Sometimes it might help too.

 

Are we on about the green bar once your on the spacemap after the initial loading page?

 

Yes lagi we are mate it won't stop going across

 

This is usually down to an internet issue, or possibly a plugin issue.

Which browser is it?

If your clearing your cache via different means other than CCleaner, I cant stress enough that you should use CCleaner.

Thanks for telling me in chat that it is occuring in all browsers. Makes life easier.

If you try Chrome first with this little idea:

Put chrome://net-internals/#dns into the address bar, when the tab loads, click the Clear Host Cache button.

try DarkOrbit.

Also make sure FlashPlayer is allowed to use Unlimited storage space on your system. (Right click and goto the icon as shown below):

^ make sure it is dragged all the way to the right to allow unlimited usage ^

Make sure you do NOT have anything like NoScript or Adblock extensions running or any extensions/plugins which block JAVA script or flash elements/objects, as these tend to block JAVA script which it thinks are bad, but actually aren't. If you do have them running, make yourself aware of how they work and how you configure them to run.

Try switching your router (internet) off for 20 seconds or more, as this flushes any cache or information stored in your gateway (access point of which your connection connects to your ISP before being sent out to the WWW), this thus means your connection is refreshed, and all ports shud be clear.

If nothing works, get back to me either here or on chat, and I'll investigate further.
