Invites Bonus...

  1. Hi! My name is Scott and I play the GB1 Server as -Ħusтζєя-Ðu¢к-.
    I have recently been recruiting people from other games I play to join DarkOrbit, through the email bonus page...This is because I would like the free months of premium+the useful extras!
    I have got 7 accepted and 5 have reached the level 10 cap, and it says "Bonuses received:5" yet I have not received the premium/ammo/ship design and I am wondering why this is?
    Ideally, I wanted them for the "May Day"events, and so I urged the players to reach (at least) level 10 fast, which they did, yet I've not received my rewards :(
    So please can you sort this out for me as I am missing out! Thanks, Scott

    ==I've sent this message again because I was unsure whether you received it last time as I never got a reply...I have therefore obviously been missing the premium, x4 ammunition and the nostromo design for quite some time now :( Which is upsetting as I missed out on "Crazy Cubikons".     This was the email I sent to support...+ the part in (==) Was as I emailed 2 times as I had not received a reply in around 2 weeks+... I was told to post the email into forums as I would be more likely to get a response and my problem sorted - Thanks, Hustler

Oh and as I've again not received the premium, I was unable to do Crazy Cubikons again this moring:/ And I am not buying premium incase it doesn't activate alike this free premium hasn't...Maybe there's an error with my account? Please sort it for me as the bonus offer is there to be utilised and as it's not working it's highly unfair

    Unfortunately this issue is something that is going tohave to be sent to support as the invite issue requires more investigation than can be done here in forums.
