  1. the transaction shouldn't of gone through if i didnt have the available balance thats what im saying it isnt my fault

  2. It isn't, I'm sure....They desperate dude... Contact your card provider and tell them what happened, you may get the money back. Remember you are the consumer and the customer is always right. You do have rights you know...DO will try to say you dont.

  3. If you are able to log in and play the game then it is possible you are being scammed. You should check you account you used to pay and verify that the transaction went through and not just pending. Either way, you can then contact DO financial support and ask them about it.

  4. im able to log in and play, and i have receipts in email

  5. Send a ticket to support with copies of the paid reciepts. Ask them what is going on. Also, are you getting the messages as you log in about payment? Or in your email?

  6. Hello ~ДЯŦI§Ŧ~,

If in fact this is an issue on your end in which you did not pay the amount owed due to insufficient funds you will receive a page that will look like this upon your account deactivation.

In this case you can click the Payment methods that I have put a red square around and you will be able to pay the amount due when you have the money.
There should not be any interest on the payment It will remain the same through out time.

  7. I do find it wrong that even if your account didn't have the money, they shouldn't let the purchase go through. However, you re responsible for checking your balance before making a purchase. In the end it's a 50/50 to blame issue.

  8. Hello ~ДЯŦI§Ŧ~,

You will need to contact Payment Support for more information and assistance. There is a link in my signature that will take you there.

    Closing as directed to support.
    Have a nice day!
