Is my us1 account banned? if so why?

I have a problem logging into the us1 server. it keeps posting this in the address bar: http://us1.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/index.es?action=externalHome&loginError=calmDown. i worked extremely hard on this account and i at least want an explanation.

That is usually the error message you get when you're either banned or suspended asfar as i know. You will have to contact support to find out why you can't login.
