Is this a connection issue or a bug???

    I went into a map yesterday (forget what map it was but I was last seen in map 4-3 [I Think]) and when I went to the other map, I was disconnected (didn't get any disconnection pop-up). Then loading up the game, it still says "Establishing Connection" and its been like that for some time.
    Now I try again today, I still got the same issue. When I looked at my Hangar, it showed:
    Ship: goliath
    State: Activated
    Location: JP-Pre

    I think I try entering a 1v1 match but that's when the disconnection happened. Any word on how to get that fix or something??

    If you back page still shows Location: JP-Pre,
    You need to contact support and request them to move you to your home map as it appears you are stuck in the holding area of the JPA.

    Please provide support with the following information:
    Ship name
    User ID
    Server
