    I posted a technical issue back (roughly) Sept/2013 about my Beta gate. I had the stuck glitch happen twice in a row, and lost 2 lives while trying to complete. It was explained to me that the I'd have to finish the gate. If, I lost my last life...the gate would be able to be reset. I'm wondering if this is still valid with the new forum format in place!?!? Do you still have access to the old forum to prove past theads? (yes. it's been a long time. RL issues, etc....and I've just been able to return to the game)

    stupid think to say this late do you still have the gate? if not and u lost the gate back in 2013 u will have very little hope of getting it back

    but the rules go you cant get any life back but if you do lose a gate and ask support for it back within 24 hours they will give u the gate back on the same wave you died on with but with all npc you have killed gone so if you died on beta bks and you killed 2 and you got your gate back you would get your gate back with 14

    ps u only get 1 gate reset a month

    You will need to contact support for this issue as we can no longer deal with gate reset through the forums for security reasons.
