    Hi. This is the forum and not support. I suggest that you click on the purple link in my signature below which will take you to English language support and put all your details in there. This will be private and you will be able to post the information they need.

    I will add that nobody can do anything with your user ID number except for admins and above anyway. Your account cannot be hacked using this.
