    Difficulty trying to log in and it keeps referring me to Bigpoint's website to register for an account. Is there a maintenance going on, also if support can get back to me on that enquiry that would be great! :)

    Check end of the url after it kicks you back to log in page. If it says "calm down" or something like that then it means account is banned.

    Issue was resolved, the server was just playing up.
