Issues with portal jumps-log out

Either being chased by enemy or attacked by enemy in portal (almost) every time you jump the portals you get the sound of the jump the visual of the jump your ship pretty much (stops) what you were doing and BOOM you get this (can not log out) message on your screen and the next thing you know your dead even though at the time of the jump you had all HP/Shield's. This issue seems to correlate with certain steroid induced ships. I tried to duplicate this jumping and Logging out (L) in middle of a jump and it CAN NOT be done or could it be that the system thinks your in a non-jumping map during your attack although your not ? Either way this is really messed up and needs to be looked into ASAP it's certainly a game downer.

Is this a glitch/bug or is this a cheat ?

I think it has to do something with lag, maybe bug, but it definitely won't be a cheat.

 

Well, it's not a bug or a cheat, it's actually a glitch within the system.
This glitch is within the game itself, players don't have to hack or anything. All they have to do is simply shoot you while you are jumping in pvp maps.
In 4-4 especially, when I run from enemies for example, i jump portal and then I get shot ( while the animation is running) I freeze for about a second, I can't use my minimap and I'm Practically useless. It has been going on for months and I told support about this, what'd I get? Nada.
I get bashed on global about using hacks and cheats that I stop their ship, but what they don't know is they glitched out pretty much. To even make this glitch worse, try getting it while an enemy is clocked, add the split second frame drop from the uncloacking animation and then the glitch, well enough said right there lol.

 

Hey, Im not getting this issue in 4-4 or 4-5 (It was just my thought on the issue) I realize you can't jump out while under attack in these worlds. Whatever this jump/logout thing is it needs to be addressed and fixed (Support has been zero help) they have only one standard (clear cache & update flash)duh, really. I only say cheat (because) I have only suffered this by certain steroid induced players and maybe they aren't hacking the game or creating something that does this (but) knowingly exploiting a glitch inside the game (makes) you cheat when you constantly exploit the glitch for gains inside the game on the back of others who are not aware of this. They just need to fix this issue sooner than later, again this glitch or whatever it is allows others to unfairly advance on other players dime and time and makes for a P-Off group of paying customers.

 

Yes you obviously can't jump portal while being attacked in 4-4, but when you are running from an Enemy and then going to jump portal then they somehow shoot you, U get that glitch etc.
sometimes I feel with a glitch, it's a system error, take an example of parking an alien, sometimes You get lucky and get it done, but are you going to get ban for it? Nah because it's a problem with the game itself.

There's really nothing you can do, support wont help sadly ;/
Its one of those situations where, all you have to do is to be quite, don't complain about it and play the game, or just leave/stop playing the game.
And to be honest that sort of attitude towards us (as players) is not very smart from a management point of view.

What you are stating is 100% facts, and what you are experiencing is one of MANY bugs/glitches that this game has to offer. We as a community of players have just given up and stop giving our voice due to the fact that we rarely get heard with management.

 

Well, Yamama I'm listening to you and your right it is sad that real issues inside the game can't be resolved and that the voice of the customer is ignored. Im still going to keep running my mouth about real issues that I experience inside the game, we the players have the biggest voice here. Reminder, the moment you surrender to this is how it is in the game (they won). Keep posting issues as you experience them, I love to read and Im sure other do too.

Besides Misery loves company, At least I can confirm that this is a real issue and Im not crazy.

 

Call what you want it to be but... funny thing it only happends when the same losers are around and ive never experienced the issue with what I call honest normal players.

The issue is it doesn't happen random I know this from past experiences with these loser players that need to cheat /abuse a bug and glitch.

Only suggestion avoid them type of loser players.
Support known this issue for a few years now and like the other issues it wont get fixed etc.
