    Why do all my upgrade Attemps Fail? >ALL of em.

    jbthwart77,
    When you are upgrading your equipment, what percentage are you upgrading them at? The lower the percentage, the higher the probability it will not be upgraded successfully. You can eliminate the chance of failure by setting the percentage to 100% which will guarantee a successful upgrade, but it will cost more to upgrade.

    I also cant figure out how to do the skylab to build it up.
    Thx again please help ihave done research at WIKI but no good answers.
