Jackpot Arena bug abuse [5/10/15]

    Today in JPA there was a major bug being exploited that allowed players to use items[EMP, ISH] without cool down. The video was posted by a player who was robbed out of his chance to compete for the prize.
    Feel free to view the video provided and judge the magnitude of this exploitation. The goal is to get this information known so the bug abuser will not receive any prize since he won the Jackpot arena, and hopefully get a perma-ban for ruining jackpot for everyone else.

    NOTE: Due to a visual bug in Jackpot, player cannot see EMP effect, but watch as the recorder attempts to get lock of the player, but cannot click on the player. When he finally gets the lock, he loses it. That is EMP being used.
