    Unfortunately, the counteractions which we encountered to prevent technical issues to happen during yesterday’s JPA did not work out as expected. Thus, you were faced with serious login and performance issues again. We apologize that this has happened. To make sure that the next attempt of the JPA will run smoothly we will not run it anymore until the problems have been solved. We are currently looking into ways to compensate you for the expenses you had for JPA preparations. Please visit the forum to ensure that you do not miss the respective information.

    As a consequence of yesterday’s issues you might still be facing problems while trying to login to the game client. Our technical department is working on this with highest priority to make the game client accessible again. It might be worth to try to clear cache and cookies but we cannot guarantee that this will help in any situation.

    We can only kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we are trying to solve the occurring issues as soon as possible.
