Java Problem?

Can someone inform me as to what this is about? This has been happening often lately on my end. Happens while playing the game.. mini map stops loading I log off game page and main page is white with this box in center.

I use Google Chrome this happens a couple times per evening. I change to FireFox and it happens with that browser as well.

Sorry for the delay in responding,

Could you please consider that this might be a network issue. What may be happenings is that Somehow Java and Flash are both being filtered on your router through its security (causing both java and java script to be blocked as well as flash).

You also might consider checking to see if your router WiFi password was set to WEP which may have led some misfit into our router. I would recommend updating your router security.

I hope this helps to possibly resolve this matter.

I'm seeing the same error on I.E. 11, Chrome and Comodo...It's always the same script. It is however, sporadic.
When it happens it does it for awhile then starts working again - so I doubt it's my router blocking it.
I agree it's probably a "network issue" but on BP's side...

That box with white backround happens to me to!Game crashes before i reach pally zone in 5-3.No java error ,direct crash!
I think from this new nooby update...

 

Seems over the past week this is no longer an issue.
