JPA Compensation

Hello... I've noticed there has been a new JPA compensation due to some issues (which I'm not fully aware of). However, the thread states,"We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope the following compensation will be to your satisfaction:

- All players who won at least round one will get 500 extra energy from midnight today until end of 8 March 2015 as a login bonus."

Obviously not everyone had this issue but I certainly did. In the JPA there were many problems with the hotkeys and response time... I lost my first round and was immediately eliminated in the JPA due to my unresponsive hotkeys and I know i'm not the only one as there have been many reports of the same issue. I think this compensation is quite annoying for all those who couldn't manage to get past round 1 due to their issues.

So I do believe everyone who signed up for the JPA should get some compensation as the entire event didn't run properly...

 

we need to accept little things then nothing, dont expect they care !.. we can only cry or keep it for ourself ..

for example, the most expensive booster, kappa boster.. who care`s ?? no one

 

I competed in JPA and I was put against some one who had much less equipment than me and he won simply because i could not shoot back due to some sort of glitch...So is it only the players who won the first round that get the compensation? Because as i said I can't win a fight without using lasers lol

Don't really understand your argument... pretty sure ALL those with the kappa booster and had the problem do care but that isn't the issue i'm raising because ALL those who had it and suffered will get it back but for people like me and Trigg get nothing because we couldn't win due to not being able to fight properly...
Which is why I question, how/why do you give someone a reward because they were able to shoot someone who couldn't shoot back?

 

did u lose anything the gg spins from a small token for the gg span for nano and teh kappa booster was for those who got it for JPA

 

nothing apart from 350 uridium for my pet dying

 

My issue, i recieved only 1 day of the 500 extra energy..
which mean i need 4 more days to get 2000 more...
i didnt get any today...

 

its only once you get them. you log in and recieve them as well as your login bonus so you have to log in to receive, you can only receive before that specific date
