    "If you had a Kappa gate Multi Booster running during the JPA you will get an additional five hours Multi Booster on Sunday, 21 September 2014. This compensation will be activated one hour before the JPA will start. To collect it you need to login on the website from one hour before the JPA starts."
    i have logged in and out several times on different browser etc, i have not recieved my booster as of yet...

    Hi there,

    The booster should have been applied 1hr before the start of JPA today. Can i ask if you have received another booster of this type before this time (e.g. completed Kappa again and got the booster)? If this is the case it is possible there could have been a confliction, and as such you would need to contact support who should be able to book this booster manually for you.

    Please let me know if this helps.

    i didnt get a kappa booster so at half 3 half an hour before jpa i did another kappa and got the booster but then couldnt do jpa so its pointless, last 2 jpas now i could not participate in yet i spent over 3 mil uri on doing kappas and ammo etc all for nothing

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    I can understand your frustrations over JPA getting cancelled and there are many players like you who could not participate, but you could still use the kappa booster.

    If you have anything further on this please do write to Support.
