    I live in one of the states where I can not participate in the Jackpot Arena but I have built up nearly 10k jackpot dollars. I was wondering if it would work to go to a different state to play it. How would I go about that? This is nothing that will happen anytime soon as I need to build my ship a lot more but if I cant win I'm not going to put a whole lot into my ship.
