    why there s no jpa flyer for registration. is the jpa canceled. thx

    The only time that a Jackpot Arena pop up doesn't appear is in the event that the the Jackpot Arena is not being held, player lives in a no qualifying state or player is ineligible.

    This is the only reasons as far as we are aware as to why won would not come available.
    Sorry could not offer more information on this matter.
