Kami but no reward

Doing an Epsilon gate for the 3 quests, and I kamied a wave and it didn't give me a reward so now the quests are missing 2 aliens for each.
May I please have these quests completed?

You are supposed to get the final kill on the npc instead of the PET.

 

I can't tell if you are telling me I was supposed to do that, or thats what was supposed to happen.

 

When you let the PET do the work, you don't get the reward. I don't know if this is a new thing that they added or a glitch, but it has been there for a while now. If you kami aliens while in GGs, you only get the reward from 1 of them, not all of them that you kill.

ΛTLΛ§, This is a common issue with P.E.T.'s in gates and elsewhere. The general consensus is that if the P.E.T. deals all the damage, the player does not get the reward for the NPC kill.

The kami was NEVER meant for npc killing, it didn't count? sucks to be you, do the gate again.

 

yeah I don't plan on doing it again. I canceled it. Btw what you saying is so hypocritical, if I set my pet to guard mode and it does all the damage to a player and kills them, I get the kill and all the rewards from it, but it doesn't do the same for aliens so thats just dumb. Works for one but not the other...

 

When using the Kami, if you are not shooting when that Pet explodes its Kami, you will not receive the rewards for it. Because the PET is the only on engaged.

In a gate the only thing counted will be the deaths of the NPC's

This happened to me in Gamma LK waves... such a waste of Rewards lost like 2k uri..

All you have to do is kami and shoot at the same time, if you kami without firing any lasers or rockets you WONT get anything on whatever you killing and the Pet is gonna steal your kill and its rewards because you're not in "Combat Mode" but the Pet it is

 

Wouldn't it be funny if the PET is at xp lvl 16, but the ship/player is below xp lvl

its nout to do with shooting the npcs the kami only works when it wants to if it was teh CC would not have bin born (the kami dont work cos the pet dose not blow up it just vanishes like the npcs do no cargo no kill no rewards

 

This is a glitch and has been around for about 2 years now yet no one on the dev team seems to care about it .
The reasons this is a glitch
1. The aliens do not explode they just vanish
2. No cargo is left behind
3. No rewards are given
4. Its random ,sometime happens 2 or 3 times in a row sometimes can do a whole gate without it happening

This contributes to one of the reasons i quit this game as you can cry about glitches in this game till you are blue in the face yet they just do not listen to us . I have complained about this glitch so many times and also seen so so many other players complain about it yet STILL 2 years later nothing has been done about it . If i added up all the lost uri due to this glitch i gaurantee it would be in the millions due to the ammount of gates i have done and the ammount of times it has happened to me . Sometimes i would lost upto 5k in gamma gate because of this glitch .

Mods on the forum and support will fob you off with the excuse thats this is how its meant to be but in reality we all know its a glitch which they probably do not know how to fix so instead use some lame excuse for it being like this .

 

btw, the kami is meant to help weak'n the opponent or npc, not kill it.

 

As I don't not want this topic to continue on into a banter... As many have an opinion or a thought as to what may or may not be wrong with the PET Kamakazi function.

I will say this, the Kami is a tool to help do damage to the NPC's therefore making them quicker and easier to kill. Players repeatedly using them in gates to kill off the NPC's run the risk of not recieving the rewards for these NPC kills. Due to the fact that they are not shooting on the NPC when the Kamakazi actually happens.
