Keep facing same opponents in TA?

Why is it after facing a general or some player superior to my ship, I seem to get them five times in a row after the initial round? Moreover, this doesnt happen when I face a weaker opponant. I'm wasting x4, sep and tech items like it is going out of fashion....

 

I've had that a few times, I think its just down to the fact that you both are searching at the same time (after the fight finishes) and both have similar equipment score, so it just keeps on putting you against each other. Best way I found around it is just have a small break then start searching again.

When you start searching plays a big role on who you get, if you know that someone is the same equipment as you and you start searching at the same time as them you can "game the system" to get who you want in a 1v1.

 

Facing the same opponent can be a good thing as well as a bad thing. As Okapi has rightly said, matchmaking can be time sensitive.

As this is being your second complaint around "superior" opponents I have to ask.. what exactly do you have? The bulletin said that it would be based on equipment and pilot points.

We can't win all our fights - I don't know of anyone with at least 100 duels without a loss.

 

I gave it a try.. I was horribly out matched every time.

I don't bother with the TA anymore.

Maybe in a few MONTHS they will have it working properly, along with a few other game glitches that have arrived since the TA release.

Seeing as it's training, the ammo should be unlimited and everything unlocked!
A good fight is costing approximately 5k uri....I don't think 500 uri covers that, do you?
Starting to see a huge gaping hole in my x4, emp's e.t.c...
