kept losing connection during gates.

    I have a great hi speed service and never lose connection! but when I got close to completing the last wave, I mysteriously kept losing connection. Wasted all kinds of good ammo and lost my gate as well. none of those weak enemies could kill me. disappointed in the game play for sure...

    Its probably down to the alinement of the planets or something, coz its never DO's fault lol

    you would think that they understand I put a bunch of time into opening that gate. THey could be helpful in making sure everyone enjoys their DO experience. atm I'm not happy at all...

    Um... You could ask support to give back that lost gate if u haven't asked for last 30 days.

    You should provide following information to Support.
    UID:
    Gate:
    Server:
    e-mail: If Asked by them to verify if that's your account or not.

    Hello SnakeIdol

    Thank you all for assisting with this thread.

    If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1month then you will get your galaxy gate reseted and you need to Contact Support within 48hrs for any further assistance on this issue.

    Note: Gate reset is done only when you lose complete gate.

    Closing as OP was directed to support.
