Lag and website not loading

For the last hour around every 5 minutes the game stops loading for me and the website won't even load. When I refresh the page it will say error and other such non sense. It is not my internet connection nor is it my internet provider. I am currently able to load all other websites and programs that run off internet connection except DarkOrbit. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

This happening on your back page or game page

If it is the game page and you are on 5-3 map you may have to move to another hanger on your back page and activate another ship to get back into game if you were parked in 5 3 or pvp map

 

It's actually happening to both. And some of my friends have been reporting the same problem.

Yes, I am. But from the feedback I have gotten back from other players on my server and from posts in the forums, I have found the cause to be from the support team working on the server and unfortunately at certain times of the day game code is malfunctioning a little causing the error message to be displayed
