Lag in gate...

    Hello today i was doing Beta and experienced lag which led to me losing my gate, is there anyway i can get it rreset?

    message support i think your allowed 1 gate rest per month, correct me if im wrong and i get the same lagg in zeta yesterday especially when i was typing in chat.

    If you contact support and provide your user ID and server, they can reset a gate of your choice if you lost it. This is only permitted to happen once per month.

    I did message these guys 2 ago about a gate reset, no reply.
    Oh well, it's not as if I wanted to be able to complete 2 gammas with the 50% honor booster anyway.

    well you only have 24 hours to tell them that you lost a gate due to lag.

    As you have contacted support in regards to this I am going to have to close this. Support outrank us and there is nothing we can do in the forum in regards to this subject anyway.
