    idead 3 times from delay and lag and ilost my kappa gate please fix it and give me back my kappa gate guys im bored of that shit

    Here are the guidelines for a gate reset.
    • EN Servers Only
    • 1 Gate Reset per month ( 30 day period of time -no exceptions)
    • No Frame Rate required

    • All gate issues must be posted within 1 hour to 48 hours of the issue event. Anything past to 48 hours that is not posted will not be an accepted issue.

    Please note that you will need to contact support and provide the following information:
    Ship name:
    User ID:
    Server
    Registered email address

    Hello LiveBoy

    If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1 month then you will get your galaxy gate reseted and also if there was a technical issue and due to which you lost the gate then for that you need to Contact Support for any further assistance within 48hrs of losing the gate.
    Also when contacting support please post your user id along with the server you play on.
