Lag killed my ZEta gate

    I had no idea lag would be so bad today. I've finished Zeta gate many times without dying. I've never had a problem completing it, nor was I aware the gate would vanish after dying. I thought you had a buy another life option. Sorry for the inconvenience support. Any help solving my bad game experience would be greatly appreciated.

    If you message support, they will reset the gate for you, meaning that you will be given another 3 lives.

    Thank you for assisting this player with their issue, as you are correct.

    If you contact support, you may be eligible for a gate reset. A each player is eligible for 1 gate reset every 30 day days. Please note that the only gates that are eligible are gates that have been failed within 24-48 hours of the request.
