lag since influence started

I thought this might resolve itself so I've waited a few days but I've been having screen jumps and frozen lag ?.....since the new event started and was just fine before. anyone else ? tks in advance

I agree it is the influence signs on the maps. The exact same lag happened last time. The signs are so stupid and contribute nothing at all to the game. I could understand a little if they were ads but they are nothing and I am really sure they are causing the problems. DO claims it is isolated but 6 of the 12 regular users in my Teamspeak are having the same issue. 50% is not isolated. Bigpoint cares absolutely nothing about their paying customers. I don't understand why they don't just get rid of the signs. if they can't figure out that they are causing the trouble they should be fired and replaced with some people who have common sense. No more money for BP ever as this is the 2nd time they have done this idiotic move.

I am pretty sure those signs are just graphics. Nothing more than having a small planet there.
