    i lost my gamma gate because of very bad lag , i was on protegits, can you please try to help me get my lives back thank you.

    You will need to contact support and request a gate reset.

    Players are eligible for one free gate reset every 30 days. However the request must be made with 48 hours of the loss of the gate.

    Hello buddy916,

    Yes. If you were to receive a gate reset from support you will re-enter the gate in which ever NPC wave you were destroyed in (so protegit wave in your instance).

    Any NPC's that you had already destroyed will remain dead and do not return, however if you damaged any of the NPC's then they will return with full health.
