Laser/Shield % Increase w/Upgrade

I have seen so many charts that my head is spinning. I have not seen anything that gives the answer to what I am seeking.

What is the percentage difference between a Level 1 laser/shield and a Level 16 laser/shield? What is the percentage increase for only 1 laser/shield?

I do not need a combined total all laser/shields; just one.

Alright, The point of Upgrading a Laser is to give it a 6% Damage Boost. So a Level 16 LF-4 Does 212 Damage when level 16. A Level 16 Shield Gives a 15% Shield Boost. So a Level 16 Bo2 will give you 11,500 Shield Strength. Every Upgrade a person does the Damage of the Item Goes up .4% if it is a Laser or Drone. Every time you upgrade a Shield 1 Level it's strength goes up by 1%. Then come the Drones, Upgrading a Drone to Level 16 will give all Shields/Lasers equipped to that Drone a 6% Damage Boost and 15% Shield Boost (If the drone is level 16)
