Level 21 50 Batteray Quest

I started this quest and the Batteray in 4-1 dint count towards the quest it does not specify they have to be done in the pirate maps. Can a admin look into this and give me a answer.

 

I did a couple in 4-5 & they did count.
However, as I did the quest solo, I did the rest in 5-3 as they are easier & quicker to do in 5-3.

 

I did another in 4-4 it didn't count towards the quest either.

 

Yeah the Battleray in PvP is "Deadly battleray" and it is different from normal Battleray. It is similar to that the Boss Kristallons do not count if your mission is to kill normal Kristallons

 

The good news is that with 4 rays in 5-3 it doesn't take too long to complete this quest now compared to what it would have before. Accept the 1000 interceptor quest at the same time and you will get a good chunk of that one completed too

 

It does "specify" for you to do 50 Battleray - it does not mention anything in the quest "overview" section about the "Deadly Battleray" which is found in 4x maps. This is your mistake rather than anything to do with the clarity of the description of the quest.

 

Also, do you have any other battleray quest in your que?

As someone stated, the ''Deadly Battle Ray'' is not a Battle Ray. Therefore, it will not count. They are different NPCs and will not count. Your best bet is to stay in 5-X maps and complete your quest there.

No, they are not the same and they do not have the same names. The 4x maps it is the "Deadly Battelray" which it clearly states under the pirate ship. In 5-3 it is the "Battleray" which it again it clearly states under the pirate ship. The quest clearly states to do 50 Battelray and mentions nothing about the Deadly Battelray. They may both look the same but they are different pirate ships with different names

 

It's just like how a Kristillin in an alpha gate doesn't count towards a Kristillin quest. They look the same and have the same stats but the ones in the Alpha gate have an Alpha symbol in it's name. It's all in the name. If the name of the npc is not exactly the same as what the quest tells you to kill, then they don't count
