Lf4 from quest

I have read that the quest "Priority alpha 17" gives a laser lf4 as a reward.
Is this true? and if so where is it?

He's asking where the quest is in the mission center. You can't see it unless you check the box that says something about letting you see unavailable quests. You have to do all the level 17 NPC quests in order to unlock the Alpha Priority 17 mission. It's not too hard. I already did it.

 

Just have to do all the level 17 quests then it will become available then just do the quest and you have your lf4.

You have to finish all NPC related quests for level 17 and then "Priority Alpha 17" will be unlocked and yes after you finish "Priority Alpha 17" you will get LF-4.
