    Ok after a review i notice that the After Burn function for the lightening design is like somewhere close to 8 minutes and i was wondering why 8 minutes for just speed ??? don`t get me wrong i understand a vengie with that ability is hard to kill but Citadel Speed ability recharge every 30 sec i guess and Come on look at the Aegis abilities recharge time compare to the Lightening design time bottom line is 8 minutes is too much for just 5 to 6 seconds of speed to think of it..... it really bad compare too Aegis and also it just speed no extra damage or nothing
