Loading Problems

I am new here, so I am getting the grips on how this works but I am having a massive problem.

I log on successfully, but I am not sure what it is called but I think the java script is not working.

When I try to go to equipment screen, the page loads up, but there is just a black rectangle there instead of the actual display, same with galaxy gate page and nothing in the shop is click-able,

How can I resolve this?

I send a message about this and got this reply when I asked about it:

Our developers are working under high pressure to resolve the current problem. Unfortunately we do not have more information to tell you about this. Therefore, all we can ask is that you are patient.

It looks like a log in problem on Dark Orbit's side turned into a massive game wide back page/ server problem. All you can do is wait.

 

Java coding got messed up. Nothing we can do.

 

We better get some kind of compensation for their failure!

 

Right now Darkorbit is working hard to resolve the issues that are occurring. You may still fly your ship and NPC/PVP but drones currently can not be repaired without the Drone Repair CPU if already equipped on your ship. The only thing to do at the time is to be patient and wait for Darkorbit to fix the issue. Have a great day!

 

The only compensation for some that spend money on this game would be the realisation that spending money on it just re-enforces that, we the players are not OK with what we get for the money spent and will stop spending.
