Log-in back-page problems

It took better than 20 mins to even get logged in, and back page is really laggy, auction has a
glitch also it took over 2 hrs for my bid for an Aegis to even show up and that was after I
contacted Support, every time so far u have a Jackpot Arena event the Website in US3 East
goes nuts, people can't log in, website gets real laggy,back pages won't load, guys this is becoming a real bad problem US3 East isn't the most populated server and if this keeps up
it won't be populated at all. So pls someone get these problems fixed or at least checked out
to find out what is really the problem, because it isn't flashplayer.

 

yeah I play that server also same issues complained last sunday still nothing fixed. did find that if I do get past the failed connection page that with in a half hour my back page will load. but the game page will not. I think some compensation is in order many lost days of boxing with bod doubler purchased. missed mega happy, got poped by lag out, lost bases from not being able to get on to protect them,
all this and still have to deal with the likes of [HOME] †ȽòŴ♦ȒĭÐé؆ pushing and [ŘĄĜΣ] ☆ZERO-GRAVITY☆[KIRA] pretending to be a admin when I am in the game. oh but yeah there are NO CHEATS in the game. don't get me started about west server
