    constantly logging out on front page when on back page..has happened since new update

    LEN, Have you tried a different browser to see if the issue is still present? Also, please clear your cache as there may be old data still in the browser.

    This has been going on since update it don't matter what browser you use it will keep booting this just started doing this since DO updated
    So, That is something for Support to investigate in the future.

    its nothing to do with browser ..when u go on back page u get logged out on front page, happened as soon as update occured

    Same on Global America and USA East: Really "clear our cache". As stated this is a new glitch that started as of the update.

    The reason the first thing you hear about a problem is clear cache is sometime with update old data can conflict with the updated material at least this is how it was explained to me.

    Hi there,

    Can i ask which browser you are using to play the game?

    I have also experienced this issue when i have the game open in Google Chrome but i do not experience the issue on Internet Explorer.

    chrome..will give another browser a go..as its still happening

    ok just tried ie..same thing happened

    im also keeping losing connection every few sec, cant even buy fuel on backpage without losing connection

    Hi all,

    Thank you all for continuing to provide information regarding this issue. I am currently waiting on some information from support whether this new time-out is intentional or a new issue that started with the recent updates. Once i receive some feedback i will be sure to keep you all informed on this.
